Anyone can open the static website URL; however, monitoring datasets are stored only in the browser where you imported them. Do not enable cloud storage without authentication.
Data integrity policy
Published timestamp is kept separate from capture time. A Google News URL is not considered an original publisher link. Different publishers covering the same story are never silently collapsed. Each import retains its source context and raw payload.
